**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Manufacturing Engineer is responsible in supporting both “automation” and process improvements projects in producing high-quality efficiently and in cost-effective methods.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing existing process and re-arrange planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

2. Preform PFMEA, data analysis, SPC (statistical process control) techniques to identify improvement areas.

3. Design new systems, equipment and processes for improvement of existing manufacturing process and introduction of new product lines.

4. To lead factory-wide initiatives on ‘Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0’ and digitalization.

5. Oversee and improve the full lifecycle of a product’s manufacturing process, including design, construction, packaging and quality control.

6. Work with other product, quality and production engineers to ensure all product and system requirements are meet.

7. Create a complete and correct router (via VM system) prior production issuance.

8. Release the VM router sheet on-time to production to avoid delay.

9. Ensure due diligence prior creating new part numbers in VM system by checking whether similar part is already exist and follow the part number and naming convention of parts.

10. Ensure KPI target is achieved.

11. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.

12. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.

13. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

14. Participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:

- Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
- Social Activities

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**

1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1-026F.

**QUALIFICATION GUIDE**

2. Communication : Fluent both in oral and written English

3. Experience : Minimum 1 year of proven and Solid years of work experience in the same field and in the Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment.

4. Software/Hardware : Knowledge on CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and read machine drawings
