Assistant Vice President, Programme Design

Reporting to Head, Programme Team this position holder is responsible for planning, designing and delivery of leadership programmes in HCLI.

Key accountabilities include:

- Design leadership development curriculum for corporate leaders at different levels
- Curate an immersive and multi-modal learning experience for each programme
- Design open enrolment executive education programmes
- Custom design leadership programmes for corporate clients
- Provide thought leadership in HCLI’s global leadership framework
- Facilitate leadership programmes and delivery
- Manage end to end programming elements from design to delivery and post-programme activities. Main responsibilities as Progamme Director include:

- Revise and maintain programme workplan and costing sheet
- Provide weekly updates to Programme Director and/or CEO and Programme management team
- Complete design of programme sessions, accounting for virtual delivery
- Develop details and content of programme sessions (where required: i.e., facilitating the session, or supporting internal HCLI facilitator)
- Oversee vendor and speaker communications to ensure vendor/speaker understands objective of session (and context of session vis-à-vis the programme), and has prepared materials relevant to session
- Prepare and execute participant onboarding for each programme
- Conduct programmes as planned (virtual and face to face)
- Conduct post programme evaluation and report for each programme
- Prepare programme costing/budget to support programme management team
- Be present for the set up and actual programme delivery dates and times
- Facilitate leadership programmes and delivery
- Manage participants
- Completing post-programme evaluation and reports
- Completing funding stakeholder requirements or reports
