- Scatterometry
- FTIR
- Drive, participate and support day to day & improvement activities related to quality & operation. Work closely with cross functional teams - production, IE, process modules.
- In charge of measurement recipes. Ensure recipes are robustness to meet needs of production & process control.
- Establish & improve metrology tool monitoring system. Ensure tools are in healthy condition.
- Work closely with maintenance team. Drive & participate in Metrology tool stability & robustness improvement programs.
- In charge of Metrology tools MSA.
- Ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in an electronic media.
- Support improvement projects by leading/ coordinating/ participating in LEAN/ FIT teams.
- Effective communication & presentation to corresponding teams, managements, vendors & customers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree Qualified in relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Experienced & good knowledge at any of following metrology tools - Optiprobe, UV1280/ 1250/ 1050, F5X, S Scatterometry, & FTIR.
- Knowledge in MSA.
- Knowledge in wafer fabrication process.
- Able to work in complex manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision.
