Internship - Supply Chain Engineering

The student, as part of the Supply Chain Engineering team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's Contract Manufacturing.
**In your new role you will**:
- **Provide essential support **to a project, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success
- Support project Manager in **special projects **with cross functional team
- **Drive improvement initiatives **, which covers **E2E Supply Chain processes**:
- Assist to **provide business process standards **and **governance**:
- Assist project manager on **regular meeting/discussion**:
- **Implement **project documentation & tracking**:
- **Evaluate and perform analysis **to identify **project / process gaps**:
- **Manage stakeholder requests **and **support daily operation **to drive business result**
**Internship Learning Outcomes**:
- **Experience in **Project Management with cross-functional team**:
- **Exposure in **E2E Supply Chain manufacturing**:
- **Basic understanding in **Fab/backend semiconductor process**:
- **Develop communication skills in diverse environment**
**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:
- On track to attain a Bachelor in **Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain/ Business Administration **or other relevant course of studies
- Familiar / know-how in **word processing, spreadsheet, powerpoint and project scheduling.**:
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently, with minimum supervision
- Ability to **manage multiple priorities **to **meet short and long-term deadlines**:
- Good **problem solving skills**:
- Knowledge in **Data Analytics tools, Story boarding skills, Digital media tools / video making tools **will be added advantage
