**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Providing technical guidance to CRM Systems Team.

Design, build, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions with other systems.

Configure work-flows, dashboards, forms, views and build standard or custom reports

Planing and delivering system upgrades projects

Managing configuration changes to fields, work-flows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.

Ensuring system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes

The Successful Applicant
At least 2 years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales and Customer insight.

Good understanding of Power Platform Solutions, Dataverse and their capabilities.

Working experience with Azure DevOps, deployments, Flows and integration's.
