**Job Summary**:
**Senior Director - Data Centre Fund Management**

This is a senior pivotal role working within the Private Equity Alternative assets fund of one of Asia's top Developers. With a focus on Data Centre development in North Asia, primarily Japan and Korea, this role reports into the Managing Director of Private Funds. Whist the fund is focused on Data Centre development, A Senior Real Estate Fund Manager from sectors such as Logistics with track record in North Asia will be considered. Wider, headline understanding of the DC market is a bonus. Thy require an Investor facing Fund Manager who is comfortable presenting. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

- Working closely with investment professionals in the respective countries on deal sourcing and origination
- Lead negotiations with investment counter parties
- Work with management teams on strategic business initiatives at portfolio companies
- Provide annual and quarterly updates and reports on fund performance, investment and divestment opportunities to Investment Committee and investors Requirements

**Requirements**:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Commerce, Real Estate or related discipline

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with real estate funds, acquired in financial institutions, real estate companies or related investment firms

Extensive network in real estate private equity and has proven track record in leading transactions or in fund management

Experience in Fund Management and Data Centre sector will be an advantage, with proven execution track record in China preferred

Possess sharp analytic, research, problem-solving and communication skills

Demonstrate ability to lead negotiations and close complex transactions

Strong team leader and team player who is comfortable with matrix reporting and coordinating across business units and teams

Knowledge of legal and compliance framework for fund managers in Singapore and in key overseas jurisdictions would be an added advantage
