Job Details:

- Reports to VPO for project strategy and management to develop the best solutions to meet project timeline and be cost effective
- Manage specific tasks/interfaces assigned by organizing, controlling and reporting in the various project aspects and departments such as, engineering, material, quality control, logistic, safety, contractors’ performance and yard/fabricator output
- Ensure that the expectations of project deliverables of projects are achieved based on the requirements and timeline
- Communicate effectively across various stakeholders to ensure timely exchange of information to perform tasks
- Delegate work effectively to team to ensure work efficiency whilst maintaining control
- Initiate and implement out-yard control procedures in accordance with project requirements
- Set out an out-yard plan to monitor the activities in a timely manner
- Prepares reports and maintains proper records or documentation of both inbound and outbound yard activities
- Monitor and support the construction team to ensure timeline is met
- Attend project progress meeting to with yard and fabricator
- Raise and resolve and potential issues to ensure work accuracy and efficiency
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with discipline in relevant engineering studies.
- At least with 6 years plus relevant working experience in Marine Construction and Shipbuilding environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
