**What You’ll Do**:
- Oversee day-to-day Manual and Remote Meter Reading operations; Enterprise Business System, Wireless Workforce Management System, Network Management System, Meter Data Management System and Market Support Services Billing operations, and ensure monthly KPI’s are met
- Plan and organize manpower requirements for RRS/REC/RMR operational needs to achieve efficiency and performance
- Coordinate with the various stakeholders ensuring existing business processes meet the operational and regulatory objectives
- Manage, develop, motivate and monitor the team's on-going training needs
- Review and improve existing business processes to meet new goals and objectives
- Conduct analysis and cultivate on continuous improvement programmes to improve on quality, productivity and delivery
- Initiate and organize productivity improvement programmes to maximize process efficiency
- Responsible in developing system and design specifications for project blueprinting activities such as requirements gathering & review of functional design specifications
- Coordinate the team's performance for any project or system UAT, end-to-end system implementation and migration
- Responsible for completion of projects testing and implementation according to the project timeline and schedules
- Prepare and update standard procedures and instructions for use within the organisation
- Maintain and improve quality management system to comply with ISO and other certification requirements
- Plan and conduct internal Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 quality audits
- Maintain, review and exercise business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans
- Report writing and presentation to senior management
**What You’ll Need**:
- Degree from a recognised University with at least 2 years of working experience
- Possess knowledge of Singapore energy market development and initiatives
- Ability to work under a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work independently
- Resourceful with strong analytical skills
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
