**Job Description**:

- Correspond with BMW AG on any BMW Motorrad Parts & Accessories matters. ie: new product release / technical issue / delivery status / warranty issue etc.
- Develop campaigns and promotions to boost BMW Motorrad Parts & Accessories sales and turnover. Providing marketing materials, product write-up and prices for circulation.
- Provide training / sharing on BMW Motorrad Parts & Accessories to Sales team, CSA, Parts and technician to equip them with the product knowledge and upselling skill set.
- Co-ordination with Sales and Marketing, CR/PR, Parts, Service, Finance and IT team to facilitate all campaign and promotion backend system and logistic setup.
- Co-ordination with Sales and Marketing, Parts, Service, external suppliers / contractors in activities. ie: roadshow, motorshow, showroom events and Aftersales customer’s events.
- Conducting market feasibility and sales potential on new product release.
- Central planning and organising BMW Motorrad Parts & Accessories for display as accordance to BMW Standard and CI.
- Ensure good inventory management including the condition of the products are maintain in their form.
- Building good relationship and rapport with 4th level customers. Explore opportunities to increase sales revenues
- Engagement with customer to understand on their interest and/or issue on BMW Motorrad Parts & Accessories.
- Handling customers‘ enquiries and provide accurate quotation and issuance of parts supply.
- Raise backorder with Parts Distribution Centre in Malaysia upon customers confirm order. Follow up and provide update on parts ordering status.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant qualification.
- Working experience in the Automotive Industry
- Preferably with 3 years working experience in 4th level sales.
- Knowledge of automotive industry practices and operations.
- Basic automotive technical knowledge.
- High degree of interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret raw data and summarize into a concise report.
- Ability to engage with BMW principal and customers.
- Knowledge of motorcycles market preferred.
