Blue Square (BSQ) is building the first technology-driven full-scale digital asset investment bank for Asia - serving as a critical infrastructure layer supporting the growth of the digital asset economy. The company operates three synergistic business lines: asset management, trading, and advisory solutions targeting institutions and accredited investors.

**Team & Position**

We are seeking an Operations Associate who will work closely with the COO to drive the company’s day-to-day operations as well as the longer-term build of the business. This is an opportunity to join a high-caliber team, pioneering the next phase of the digital asset industry.

Location: Singapore

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the company’s operational workflows, taking active ownership while reporting directly to the COO
- Coordinate with various internal and external parties to manage key work streams across the business
- Responsible for liaising with corporate secretary to monitor the company’s finances/cash flows and manage payments/expenses
- Oversee investor onboarding process, working closely with compliance and KYC/AML team
- Maintain various internal databases, including legal documents, investor contacts, and meeting notes
- Ensure appropriate and timely escalation to management when risk is identified
- Comply with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
- Assist with various firm-level ad hoc tasks when required

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or above from renowned universities in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Operation Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in operations / back-office functions
- Ability to operate independently and responsibly with little oversight
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both internal and external
- Possess the best work ethics and character with solid integrity and a sense of responsibility
- Good command of English. Additional Asian language is preferred but not a must
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time and projects effectively
- Advanced skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint
