**About BCS**

BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Innovate and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations.
- Continuous development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.
- Evaluate and select the best in class technologies and partners.
- Ensure effective management of projects and daily operations, and administration of IT systems, networks, databases and others.
- Has direct oversight of problems and be involved in complex implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
- Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and highly-available server and network architectures.
- Delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
- Provide regular reporting to Management on IT matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications in IT project management and IT management, such as ITIL, COBIT preferred.
- At least 10 years of working experience in supporting IT in financial institutions/end user environment including minimum 5 years in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site mission critical environment.
- Atleast 5 years in a leadership role and experienced in managing a team of technical experts.
- Possess the requisite breadth and depth of knowledge of Business Continuity Management.
- Experience in ITIL concepts and adoption.
- Skilled in project management and strategic plans development
- Strong stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.
- Good experience in industry knowledge of banking and payments.
