**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor (10 posts)**

**Performs all MEP services coordination with subcontractors and supervision works according to drawings, specifications, and schedule**
**Supervise and coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines**
**Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site**
**Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO**
**Record and ensure proper documentation**
**Any other duties as assigned**
**Requirements**:
**Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent**
**Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice**
**Minimum 5 years relevant experience in high rise building projects**
**Applicants should have certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly known as BCSS), Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold, Work at Height, Confined Space Supervisor**
**A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.**
