**The Office of Admission is looking for a Manager to join their team**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manages and provides information to prospective local/Post Graduate students about the University's programmes and enrolment policies.
- Implements communication plans for the University's programmes to internal and external stakeholders as well as potential local/ Post Graduate students.
- Organise reports to analyse and evaluate market trends, existing partnerships and services, and their impact on local enrolment numbers in meeting the University's targets and objectives.
- Administers all communication to students, faculty members and managers to ensure clarity on all local/Post Graduate admission requirements, processes and updated changes.
- Supervises support staff to ensure adherence to the procedures and guidelines for providing advice and information to prospective local/Post Graduate students while maintaining a high level of customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognized University.
- At least 4 to 6 years of supervisory and related work experience preferred.
- Strong in data analytics and use of Power BI will be of an added advantage.
- Meticulous and high attention to details.
- Energetic, resilient, and receptive to change.
- High integrity is a must.
- Service-oriented mindset.
