Sembawang, Singapore G. G. LANDSCAPE + CONSTRUCTION Full time

Supervise and lead landscape teams in the execution of hardscape and softscape installations (e.g., planting, turf, irrigation, paving, retaining walls, etc.).
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to interpret landscape plans and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and any deviations from plans.
- Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for landscaping activities.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to site workers.
- Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain site documentation.

**Job Requirements**
- Holds a valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving licence with a clean driving record
- Strong team leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to train, direct, and motivate ground crews
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, technical drawings, and site layouts.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 4 Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
