Trustwave is seeking a dynamic and proactive Finance Manager to support our APJ region.

**About the Role**:

- Perform month end closing activities, including invoice creation, journal postings, review of accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, assessing impact of IFRS accounting standards,, BAS preparation etc
- Ensure timely submission of reporting requirements to various stakeholders
- Prepare monthly management reports and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, providing insightful commentary into the variances and growth
- Review costs incurred and highlight variances and other areas of concern
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- Work closely with stakeholders to prepare rolling forecasts
- Strong technical skills to prepare financial statements and support the annual audit
- Understand current processes across different parts of the organisation and work on improvements

Required experience/skills:

- Fully qualified accountant (CPA or CA) with a strong understanding of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting that can be evidenced through experience (at least 2 to 3 years in a similar capacity). This position requires a commercial finance mind-set and the ability to support and build relationships with key stakeholders to help aid decision making
- Able to deal with complex information and manage reporting and analysis through excel
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- SAP highly desirable
- Have excellent commercial accounting skills and business acumen
- Drive to continuously optimise business performance and processes

**Education**:
We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment. For this role, advanced education in Accountancy and/or Finance is highly-preferred, international certifications that demonstrate expertise in Accountancy and/or Finance are desired.
