**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations related to inventory, warehousing, and delivery coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth handling of wine products across various storage locations and timely deliveries to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations**:

- Manage inbound and outbound stock movements across multiple storage sites (bonded and duty-paid).
- Ensure accurate receiving, picking, and packing of wine orders.
- Maintain stock records with proper lot number traceability and documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock takes and reconcile variances.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate deliveries with third-party logistics providers.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm delivery schedules.
- Generate and manage delivery orders, invoices, and customs documentation where necessary.
- Monitor and report on ETA and delivery status for client and internal visibility.

**Inventory & System Management**:

- Update inventory management systems (e.g., Wine Hub, WMS) with real-time data.
- Track wine movements between client storage, suppliers, and end recipients.
- Ensure optimal storage conditions and compliance with handling protocols.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare documentation for deliveries
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised warehouse environments, adhering to internal SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination (F&B or wine industry preferred).
- Familiarity with bonded warehousing, coldroom conditions (~13°C), and wine handling is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle wine cases (approx. 15kg).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Holding a Class 3 license is preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Based partly in a coldroom environment.
- Monday to Friday, within Office and warehouse environment

**Salary Range**:
SGD **2,200 - 2,500**per month (depending on experience)
