**Summary**:

- Location: Choa Chu Kang
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
- AWS 1 Month
- Bonus Up to 2.5 to 3 Month

**Responsibilities**:
Manage Customer Service
- Implement appropriate solutions to address customers’ queries based on sales and/or customers management knowledge.
- Understand customer requirements and needs to improve customer relationships.
- Ensure all customer queries are addressed and replied in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customers queries are properly documented.
- Analyse customer queries to improve retail services.
- Work with commercial vendors/suppliers to resolve product defects and customer feedbacks.

Administration Management
- Assist GM and Managers in administration matters in OR.
- Administer and manage the contract with commercial vendors/suppliers, preparation of monthly sales reports, and vendor onboarding process.
- Ensure payment processing for commercial vendors/suppliers are timely executed and accurate.
- Perform the stock adjustment in SAP based on approval from GM and Managers.
- Manage all internal Division PO/PR purchases.
- Work with allocated resources to ensure alignment of interests within business activities.
- Assist GM and managers in preparation of data and reports.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma / Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in logistics industry will be advantage
- Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a team player
- Proficient in MS Office & able to work independently
