- Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed
- Ensure smooth job operations
- Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial
- Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
- Can work well in a team
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Possess good work attitude
