**Responsibilities**:

- Network and security troubleshooting
- Handle investigation of IT technical issues raised by users
- Coordinate with Project Lead on field visits and other technical matters
- Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels or timeline
- Communicate with users as required, in keeping users informed of incident progress.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma in any relevant Information Technology / Computer Science field
- Diagnosis skills of technical issues
- This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending and lifting.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
