- Maintain accurate records of all inventory and ensure that stock is always appropriately stocked
- Manage the receiving and handling of all stock
- Oversee the movement and storage of all stock in an organized and accessible manner
- Manage the issuing of stock to relevant departments
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and reconcile with records
- Monitor stock levels and conduct forecasting to ensure that there is enough stock on hand
- Manage staff in the store and ensure that they are following procedures correctly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a storekeeper in a similar industry
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage staff and ensure that they are following procedures correctly
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
