Job Responsibilities:

- Assess customers' needs and preferences to provide product knowledge and recommendations that best fit their requirements.
- Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for retail staff to enhance their knowledge and understanding of products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve profitability goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing and discount policies.
- Continuously improve customer service practices and respond to feedback to enhance service standards and customer experiences.

Job Requirements:

- No experience necessary.
- Good knowledge of home interiors and design.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working location: Tagore lane.
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, from 11AM to 9PM, able to work on public holidays and weekends.
