**About us**

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate insights for product and business teams through analyzing user behavior across our range of mobile and web products
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to track the performance of our business and products through creating reports and dashboards
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product decisions
- Build business cases and provide feedback to other teams on the greatest opportunities or pain points of the business using analytical and statistical methods
- Partner with engineers to ensure that data collection and tracking has been correctly implemented, and that data is being stored correctly
- Help design our data warehouse for better exportability and easier reporting and analytics
- Be a steward of good data practices - robust documentation, processes, and knowledge sharing

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business or other analytical fields
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel is mandatory
- Knowledge of other analytical tools a bonus (e.g. Holistic, Tableau, Python, or R)
- Knowledge of analytical and statistical methods a bonus (e.g. sampling, regression, decision trees, classification)
- Knowledge of web traffic attribution and sessionization a bonus
- Knowledge of database design and ETL processes a bonus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Independent, smart, hardworking, and a goal-getter that is not afraid to get stuff done
