**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maximise utilisation of manpower, equipment, and raw material.
- Monitor the company's daily operation output and worker performance.
- Ensure the product meets the Quality standards and requirements.
- Oversee and liaise with engineering to resolve issues related to the production.
- Production planning.
- Ensure production is per planned schedule.
- In charge of production operation.
- Liaise with clients to settle any technical issues and to attend all site meetings.
- Work with subcontractors on the scheduling of works.
- Support testing of NPI projects.
- Maintain good housekeeping on the production floor.
- Maintenance of machines, tools, moulds and dies.
- Training of new operators.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma / Technical Certificates.
- Production management experience.
- Communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work as a team.

The manufacturing facility spans over 20,000 square feet and is equipped with custom designed equipments for 3D vane manufacturing, precision machining and general contract manufacturing for a wide range of engine components to serve the inernational aerospace industries, both commercial and military.
