**Job Title**:Investment Associate

**Job Type**: Full time

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Reports To**: Head of Investment

**Scope**:Support the Investments team in the process of sourcing, analysis, negotiation and closing of new deals.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting market research on target locations and demographics
- Analysis of potential residential sub-markets
- Undertaking pricing analysis
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure
- Updating database with new deals/leads
- Assist with the contract documentation process

**Core Skills/Competencies**:

- Graduate with accounting, finance, real estate or relevant disciplines
- Strategic-minded, detail oriented and strong quantitatively
- Able to work independently and be part of a team
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Mid career switch with different background are welcomed
