**About the team**

Video Infrastructure is one of the world's leading video platforms that provides media storage, delivery, transcoding, and streaming services. We are building the next generation video processing platform and the largest live streaming network, which provides excellent experiences for billions of users around the world. Popular video products of TikTok and its affiliates are all empowered by our cutting-edge cloud technologies. Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate and cooperate with the internal business team (TikTok) and implement the BP mechanism. Responsible for the smooth implementation and delivery of the Video Arch related project and continuously precipitation the best practice of project management.
- Responsible for the overall progress of key projects of the Video Arch team, fully participate in and lead the project management work such as starting, planning, progress tracking and execution, delivery and closing.
- Design and optimize the project management process and mechanism of the Video Arch team, organize and drive efficient iterations of the requirements management through agile or waterfall and improve team effectiveness through data analysis ability.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably related to VOD/Live streaming, Multimedia algorithm and Cloud computing technology and be able to participate in in-depth discussions of projects.
- Strong experience in external project management and delivery with business customer, able to efficiently collaborate with product and R&D teams to deliver successful projects to customers and precipitation best practices.
- Strong project management experience in VOD/Live streaming, multimedia algorithm and cloud computing (including but not limited to video cloud Paas&SaaS, VOD, live streaming, multimedia algorithm, video cloud infrastructure and general service construction and maintenance, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and leadership, able to lead project team discussions and guide participants to reach an effective consensus.
- PMP certification is a plus
