- Lead and conduct Monthly S&OP with management, drives S&OP maturity improvement and financial alignment.
- Responsible to achieve consensus demand with sales & marketing, supply sufficiency with the right balance of inventory with production planner/replenishment, high customer order fulfillment
- Points of escalation on overall Supply and Demand serviceability to the commercial team, and lead work-around with SC team / MFG to resolve issues.
- Deliver both Cost and SC operational KPIs jointly - Service Level Agreements (SLAs), inventory
- Responsible for sales forecasting process across market
- Analyse root causes of forecast error
- Analyse slow moving & obsolescence stocks
- Portfolio review to SKU Rationalisation
- Requisition for purchase order, urgent release, cluster pack/sticker materials

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related fields
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Analysis
- Preferably relevant consumer product industry experience especially in FMCG
- Experience in leading S&OP and demand forecasting
