**Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firm with a strong construction portfolio across commercial, residential, mixed development and civil projects. They are currently seeking Project Managers to manage their project teams for either their Civil or Building projects.
**In summary, you can expect the following though they are not limited to the following**:

- effective implementation and successful completion of projects within schedule, cost and quality.
- manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- implement guidelines and provide expertise leadership and supervision to the project team.
- Have a Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board Singapore.
- 10 years or more managerial experience managing large scale LTA MRT or Commercial Building projects of $300mil or more.
- Is a driven and result oriented individual who can provide leadership to the project team, with a proven track record at a leading maincontractor within the construction industry.

Salary will commensurate with experience
