**Learning Engagement Ambassador**:
Stalford Education Group is expanding its digital frontier and is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced **Learning Engagement Ambassador **to build and maintain a strong online community through our social media platforms. This role involves moderating and engaging with our audience, creating a positive environment, and fostering a sense of community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strong community management strategy.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Support Social Media team to manage and oversee social media content.
- Liaise with Academic and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a community manager.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
