Responsible for product development for solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based floor coatings including overlayment and underlayment range.

**Job Responsibility**

1. Conduct research and development on floor coating formulation, including raw material alternative studies

2. Validate product performance against industry standards and/or by developing internal criteria and methods of evaluation.

3. Ensure product performance meeting local authority standards or specifications.

4. Manufacturing support on formulation troubleshooting, process improvement and ensuring product meeting intended specifications

8. Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time
