**Qualification/Experience/Skills Required**
- Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- 3-4years of relevant working experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roles
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Brief Job Descriptions**
- Provide day-to-day support to the Chairman
- Manage the Chairman’s calendars and set up a meeting
- Take minutes during meetings
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Provide secretarial support to other COMEX members when needed
- Maintain proper and updated filing for important documents and contracts & correspondences
- Assist in consolidating and preparing a monthly and quarterly report
- Any other assistance as requested by the Chairman
