**Job Profile Summary**:
Provide high quality financial and business information and analysis, advice and expertise so as to facilitate informed decision-making process, protect the company's assets, ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
- Providing sound financial support and insights to make critical business decisions
- To perform the role of a business enabler, partnering all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization
- To design, maintain, monitor, and enhance the performance management of the organization.
- Advise management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual and team performance in alignment with the organization's business objectives.
- Establish and implement performance management models for the various business objectives and to provide guidance to key stakeholders to meet overall organization deliverables.
- Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board
- Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy
- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Maintaining oversight of and managing the Finance activities outsourced to PACS
- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with accounting standards
- Managing and overseeing the company's financial systems
- Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc

Working Experience:

- 10+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
