**What a**Precision Overmold (POM) Manufacturing Development Engineer**does in HP**:

- Supporting Fab Overmold, BESI Pick and Place, Debonding and lamination processes
- Enhance processes to achieve manufacturing stability.
- Collaborate with the US development team on the development roadmap.
- Lead the long-term convergence process with the US technology development team.
- Oversee key strategic programs, such as Smart Manufacturing.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a backend semiconductor/fab environment.

- Excellent communication skills, including abilities in writing, presentation, negotiation, and influencing.
- In-depth knowledge of various cross-technical disciplines (Mechanical, Electronics, chemical, material etc).
- Proficient project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and lead cross-site teams, with a deep understanding of key technical topics.
