**About the role**

As a Mechanical and Electrical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of mechanical and electrical works on construction sites. This full-time position is based in one of the project site in Singapore and will require you to work closely with the construction team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems on construction sites
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal performance of equipment
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to the mechanical and electrical works
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed
- Participate in project planning and decision-making processes

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as relevant codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Familiar with the use of relevant software and tools for project management and documentation
