IT Administrator

Maintain and troubleshoot company’s servers and firewall control to ensure minimum disruption on company daily operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software for end-user
- In charge of the setting up, back up and support of new system
- In charge of company networking system
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment
- Update software licences and IT inventory record, conduct random checking to ensure it is well maintained, and the tracking of IT equipment location
- Provide simple user guide/ guidebook to staff on new system/ software user guide
- Recommendation of new solutions on technology on cost effective manner
- Any other ad hoc task as and when required or assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 Years of relevant experience
- Experience in providing IT technical support and server maintenance for more than 150 taff
- Required travelling to site offices at times
