Vacancy for Traffic Management Coordinator.

**Job Competency Requirement**:
1) Minimum 1 year's working experience with freight forwarding acknowledge

2) GCE 'O' Level

3) Able to comprehend in English and Mandarin

4) Preferable with Cargowise experience and DG acknowledge

5) Positive attitude, team player

**Role Performance and Expectation**:
Primary Responsibility
- 1) Provide support to the Traffic Management department in the area of clerical, coordination and office support.

2) Responsible for the service quality, compliance with department objectives and timely completion of assigned task.

Specific Responsibility
- 1) Check or determine the estimated time of arrival or vessel through the Portnet.

2) Open job file for respective client.

3) Contact consignee to obtain full set of documents for custom permit declaration.

4) Arrange for dispatch to collect or deliver relevant shipping document.

5) Prepare payment voucher for exchange of DO

6) Prepare tax invoice

7) Filing of completed job order.

8) Refer or report to Manager for any job that incurred additional or irregular expenses.

9) Takes up task and assignment as and when assigned by the superior
