What does the Innovation, Fintech Team do in ING?

Fintech partnerships are an integral aspect of the ING innovation strategy and a considerable number of Partnerships have already been established in various departments of the bank over the last few years.

The Fintech Team focuses on the external scouting of best-in-class fintechs with the view of turning them into meaningful collaborations with ING.

What would you be doing?

As a Fintech Analyst Intern you will be part of the Fintech Asia Team. Your responsibilities will include the following
- Industry research, due diligence, analysis of ecosystems, startups, fintechs etc. information decks and assessment summaries.- Preparation of presentation materials including pitch books, marketing teasers, information decks etc.- Maintenance and management of WIP, marketing reports and activity trackers.- Assist in organization of workshops, meetings and (internal/external) events.- Innovation projects risk and technical assessment at Proof of Concept validation, Pilot and Scale- Liaison and management of internal and external stakeholders discussions and communications- General assistance to the members of the Fintech team

- You should have legal work rights in the country of internship.- You are pursuing bachelor degree/master studies- You are a self-starter, with growth mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment- You can work independently and have a strong drive for getting things done- You have a genuine interest in finance, technology and startups- You think strategically with affinity to pay attention to details- You possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills- You are a strong team player, fun to be around and have a good sense of humour- You have a strong working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
