- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to support long-term collaboration.
- Structure and coordinate strategic partnerships and joint initiatives to support business growth.
- Lead the review and management of large-scale commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and drive project execution, including on-site and factory-level activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, specifications, and schedules.
- Balance technical insight with business strategy to manage priorities and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
- Plan and manage plumbing projects including commercial, residential, industrial, or municipal work.
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, plumbing technicians, and site supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, health & safety standards, and building regulations.
- Manage procurement and logistics of plumbing materials and subcontractor services.
- Monitor project progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed.
- Maintain documentation, schedules, reports, and permits.
- Resolve project issues, delays, or cost overruns proactively.
- Conduct site visits and quality control checks.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Lead end-to-end management of plumbing projects, including new installations, upgrades, retrofits, or maintenance works.

**Requirements:

- **
- **Minimum 15 years working experience**and must **5 years’ relevant working experience**, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- **Minimum 5 years**of proven experience managing **plumbing projects**in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
