**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **ServiceNow Business Analyst**to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, and support the design and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements across ITSM processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow.
- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Support modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and ITOM.
- Facilitate UAT, training, and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst; at least 2 years with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow CSA or ITIL certification is a plus.
