DepartmentProduct Management- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Lead the development of ads traffic strategies to drive traffic growth and traffic efficiency improvement
- Design high quality, and clear ads solutions to improve ads take rate as well as long term ecosystem health
- Manage the end-to-end product management lifecycle from design to release, post-launch performance monitoring and continuous optimisation to improve advertising effectiveness and increase adoption
- Facilitate problem solving, drive data monitoring on business operations and use data-driven insights to enhance and optimise product solutions
- Communicate, influence, and work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineering and Business teams to drive the product development and launch

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Possess strong analytical reasoning with logical and critical thinking capabilities to problem-solve based on data
- Able to deliver competitor analysis reports and establish understanding of markets and user requirements
- Independent problem solver with strong sense of ownership and customer focus to drive product design and launch and iteration
- Strong product or technical product management background, with understanding of ad business or machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Experience in SQL is a good-to-have
