As a Dental Assistant in our premium, technology-driven dental practice, you will deliver exceptional chairside and patient care services. You will support our dentists in providing advanced, high-quality treatments while ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and memorable experience for every patient.

Clinical Duties:

- Assist dentists chairside for general, cosmetic, surgical and all dental-related procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms with required high-tech equipment (intraoral scanners, digital X-ray units, CAD/CAM systems).
- Assist dentists in taking digital X-rays, photographs and 3D scans.
- Maintain stringent infection control and sterilisation protocols.
- Manage dental materials, instruments and advanced dental technology.

Patient Care:

- Greet patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide reassurance and clear explanations of procedures.
- Monitor patient comfort; offer amenities such as blankets, headphones, and neck pillows.
- Give detailed post-op care instructions.

Administrative and Technical Support:

- Accurately update and maintain patient records in practice management software.
- Coordinate with dental labs.
- Monitor and restock clinical supplies and materials.
- Operate and troubleshoot digital equipment and software.
