Singapore Tote Board Full time

**What the role is**
- You will be part of a highly professional Grant Management team to develop and deliver grant programmes in the areas of arts and culture, social service, community development, education, health and sports to achieve the Board’s strategic outcomes of (i) Healthy lives and well-being, (ii) Empowered communities, (iii) Caring, cohesive and resilient society and (iv) Sustainable and liveable home.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities Reporting directly to Senior Director (Grant Management), you will lead a team to undertake the following, in support of the Board’s goal to be a strategic and impactful grantmaker: - Lead to develop and implement the strategic directions of grantmaking for Tote Board, taking into account current and emerging trends of social and community challenges, the grantmaking and philanthropic landscapes locally and internationally - Spearhead to review and enhance existing grant policies and frameworks in the grantmaking value chain, including grant design, assessment, management, monitoring and evaluation - Lead to develop strategic and operational risk management policies and processes and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigating and control measures are in place - Lead to formulate research strategy in pertinent areas, through robust research and data analytics, to provide basis for decision-making in grantmaking to address under-served needs and worthy projects - Lead to design and implement knowledge management system and practices in grantmaking - Lead to develop and work with relevant stakeholders to implement impact and outcome management framework for grantmaking - Lead to develop and implement strategic stakeholder engagement plans, identify new partners, and seek partnership opportunities - Lead to shape and implement communications on impact of grantmaking in mainstream and social platforms angles to gain public mindshare of the Board as a strategic and impactful grantmaker
