About the role
As a product manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on safety features, technical strategies to improve our trust and safety processes, as well methods to detect and address the risky behaviors and actors in the community. You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. When it's safe, travel between our global offices is expected.

This role is also at the junction with a fast-growing vertical of our platform - Tiktok LIVE, partnering with other product teams at the global scale to solve ever-changing challenges in the most impactful ways. What will I be doing?
- Driving product strategy and building system features to protect the integrity and quality of content on the platform, the safety of our creators and provide the best possible experience for our LIVE users.
- Defining product roadmap and iteration plans, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts
- Analyzing data, finding problems, making strategic decisions based on data and metrics.
- Managing system development lifecycle from 0 to 1, negotiating and communicating problems, ideas, data across different teams to ensure successful launch.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 or more years of full-time experience in product management in web internet companies with basic to intermediate machine learning understandings.
- Past work experience in to-b system design/analysis domains.
- Engineering/science/computer science background
- Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, able to turn data insights into problem solutions
- Team player, mission-driven and highly motivated.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.
- Experience in project management with cross-function teams, across different time zones, cultures and languages.
