The Tunnel E&M Manager is directly reporting to the Project Manager (PM) for the following:

- Ensure all tunnel plant, and equipment selected, procured or manufactured in accordance with relevant legislation, specifications and requirements
- Design E&M services for tunneling works
- Register and maintain all plant records
- Take charge of tunnel E&M team of mechanics, electricians, welders etc
- Actively participate and support safety promotional activities for safety of the workforce
- Responsible for the coordination and interface with LTA System Wide Contractors (SWC)

**Requirements (Qualification & Experience)**:

- Minimum 12 years of Engineering experience with recognised Degree in the relevant field, and at least 10 years of experience in managing tunneling E&M works for large scale and complex tunneling projects.
