Check and compiledocuments for AccountsSettlement and issuepayment requests.
- Issue accounting notes and prepareStatement of Accounts.
- Check sales and purchase contracts.
- Ensure completeness of deal entry and match against signed contracts for physical trade.
- Perform validation of the trades done against trade incoterms.
- Acknowledge incoming paymentsfrom clients swiftly.
- Handle office enquirieson all incoming monies matters.
- Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.
- Liaise with overseas companies to reconcile the accounts.
- Maintain proper filing and accurate documents/records.
- Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirement:

- Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting for a commodity trading house.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & Ois an added advantage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to collaborate well with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to complete tasks under tight schedule.
- Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible with strong analytical and organisational skills.

Location: Jurong East MRT (2 min walk from mrt)

5 days work week
