**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify and cross-reference data for completeness, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and company confidentiality policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certification a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance industry terminology (e.g., underwriting, claims, risk management) is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in recruitment, HR, or the insurance sector.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws relevant to recruitment.
