**Responsibilities**:

- Provide admin and operational support to the team to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Manage logistics, including courier arrangements and deliveries
- Follow-up with clients and suppliers
- Handle calls, walk in enquiries and preparing paper work
- Handle payments and assist in accounting and data entry
- Maintain and update the company’s website with accurate product information
- Double checking artwork to ensure accuracy during peak periods
- Ad-hoc projects to improve internal processes or contribute to marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or higher Nitec qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual communication (Mandarin and English) to handle supplier and client coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks without needing constant supervision.

**Job specifics**:

- Location: 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley BizHub 2, #01-39, 408734 (Taiseng MRT)
- 5 days a week, Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 6.30pm
