**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our core technology team in Singapore. As the Product Manager, you will guide the direction and execution of our AI solutions, working closely with overseas engineers and local stakeholders. You will shape product strategy, manage the product roadmap, and translate emerging AI capabilities into products that deliver real value to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Roadmapping**:Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with overall business goals, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of features.
- **Market & User Research**:Stay on top of industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs to shape product enhancements.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with the overseas engineering teams, AI Engineers, and Backend Developers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- **Execution & Delivery**:Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog items; and ensure smooth and timely releases.
- **Performance Measurement**:Monitor product performance using key metrics (e.g., customer engagement, conversion rates), gather feedback, and iterate to improve the product.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:3-5 years in product management, preferably in a fintech or AI-focused environment.
- **Technical Acumen**:Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially NLP, and ability to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Agility**:Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup setting where you can swiftly adapt to change and continuously learn.
- Able to communicate in **mandarin**to liaise with **mandarin-speaking counterparts.
