**Job responsibilities**:
- Liaise/Coordinate/Manage/Update customer, suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule
- Assist salesperson on consignment stock top up/transfer and update ERP System
- Monitor and manage stock movement and conduct cycle count / year end stock count
- Miscellaneous administrative as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience as a logistics administrator
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 will be an advantage
- A team player who is results-oriented, resourceful with good written and spoken communications and interpersonal skills.
- You should be motivated, confident with positive attitude and approach to work
- Excellent organizational skills, preferably some administrative experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize
- Goal oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products
