Job Title: Transactions Services Corporate Sales

Corporate Title: Vice President / Director

Reports to: Head of Transaction Services Asia

Location: Singapore

**Overview**

Transaction Services (“TS”) looks after the cash management and trade finance needs of customers across the ING franchise. This product line has been identified as key to the future growth of the ING Wholesale banking business.

ING is looking to expand its Transaction Services business in Asia. TS provides a specialised and challenging professional environment within ING Wholesale Banking, in a growing business serving corporate clients in an international environment. A solid experience in this complex and varied position will broaden career possibilities for a high achiever. It provides an excellent platform for personal growth and development.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Originate new TS business opportunities for corporate clients from ING with a focus on Trade Finance in Asia & Europe; and Cash Management in Europe
- Maintain active contacts with stakeholders, including TS Sales in ING network, TS Product Tribe (product management), Relationship Managers and Risk Management.
- Oversee transactions booked locally, escalating in a timely manner and obtaining approvals for deviations as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales skills and successful track record of selling transaction banking solutions to clients in South and South East Asia from a foreign bank perspective.
- At least 15 years of relevant Transaction banking experience with strong experience across trade finance and cash management
- Entrepreneurial and the ability to grow a business. Self-directed and self-motivated.
- Good ability to network and collaborate with colleagues from different geographies.
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough understanding of credit risk and deal structuring
