Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Design and document technical specifications, system workflows, data models, and integration points to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the proposed solutions.
- Work closely with software development teams to provide guidance and clarification on technical requirements, ensuring that the solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Assist in thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of the developed systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, system manuals, and training materials.

Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of financial services processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive specifications and system documentation.
- Proficiency in analysing complex systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
